Leaves of a medium cauliflower
2 teaspoons sumac
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt + pepper
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 C
  • Trim the cauliflower leaves to remove any very thick stems (use these for cauliflower stem curry)
  • Toss the cauliflower leaves in oil, ssumac, sesame, salt and pepper
  • Toast in the oven for 10 minutes
